Hotel Olom - Adults recommended

“The best hotel I have stayed at, period. Danielle and her colleague, whose name I didn't catch, conducted the checkin, and were incredibly welcoming, polite and informative. A stunning view of the cathedral was boasted by the room itself, enjoyed from the small balcony overlooking the plaza. Stylish decor adorned the interior, with an old-school record player acting as a hint of scarlett-hued nostalgia. Controlled from a single panel, an intuitive central system mastered the blinds, the curtains, the lighting, the temperature and the surround-sound controls. I have seen multiple properties endeavour to have something akin to this but it rarely works as intended - yet this system actually does as promised! Complementary water was positioned next to the king bed, alongside a handwritten note with the words "Welcome Home" inscribed at the top. A Nespresso mac for your morning coffee had been thoughtfully installed opposite the minibar, the contents of which made me regret my commitment to a Dry January... Definitely one for the wine-lovers. Having a safe for valuables made the experience feel all the more secure, while the plasma-screen smart TV never got a look-in with all that Cádiz has to offer on your doorstep. The bathroom was properly resourced with quality shampoos, condtioners, shower gels, soaps and lotions; the bathrobes and towels provided were all in excellent condition, and there was even a set of scales to measure your body mass. The walk-in raindown shower, which additionally had a smaller head for finer control, was a pleasure to wash in, both morning and night. Highly recommended and will definitely be back myself.”

“We stayed for 2 nights for my birthday, got a free upgrade to a suite, our dog even got a welcome letter and a toy with our country's flag woven into it (blue,white & black). If you want to visit with your pet, you haven't seen a better place. We had cocktails with our dog on the roof and had dinner together in the restaurant. We will try to come this year too.”

“We had 3 nights at this beautiful boutique hotel when we were travelling around Andalusia.The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very modern with remote blinds and lighting, very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The rooftop pool, sun terrace and bar is a wonderful place to relax with a beautiful view of the cathedral. The breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return to Cádiz and stay in this wonderful hotel”
